Cancellation & Refund Policy

We believe in fair and transparent refund policies for our customers.

🕐 Cancellation Timeline

  • Cancellation 48+ hours before departure — 100% refund
  • Cancellation 24–48 hours before departure — 75% refund
  • Cancellation 12–24 hours before departure — 50% refund
  • Cancellation less than 12 hours before departure — No refund
  • No-show without cancellation — No refund

💳 Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Amount is credited back to the original payment method (UPI / Card / Wallet)
  • Razorpay processing fees (if any) may be deducted
  • Refund confirmation will be sent via SMS/Email

⚠️ Non-Refundable Cases

  • Bookings cancelled after bus departure time
  • Duplicate bookings (only one will be refunded)
  • Partial journey completion
